"I ordered four climbing roses and only received one. When I emailed customer service, they told me to return the shipping label and request replacements. I returned the shipping label and delivery confirmation shows they received it four weeks ago, but I have had no response and still have not received the rest of my order. "

"A bit foolishly, I ordered a lot of stuff from this company this spring. Some lived, much died. Fescue plugs arrived in a plastic bag swimming in water and mushy. So did a 2" tall grape plant. My order came in 4 shipments, of which the third one never arrived. Numerous bare root items did not leaf out, though others did. Their return policy is weird, in that your packing slip is taped to the bag the plants arrive in, and it must be mailed in to obtain replacement plants.
They do not appear to have a real customer service department, as all must be done via mail. Verdict: never again."
"Make sure you read and follow all directions with regard to their guarentee. I had to replace some plants that died and if I had not used a CC for the receipt and they were not reasonable enough to allow a "1 time" replacement without the labels I would have been out of luck."
