"I’ve ordered from here for years and usually it’s been fine, but this year they sent me the wrong lenses. I messaged them and I never got a response. After a few days, I didn’t want to bet they’d make it right so I made a new order for the pair I wanted with expedited (2-day) shipping. This was 8 days ago and today I have nothing. An “order processed” email came 4 days after I ordered but with no tracking number.
Basically, if something goes wrong, you’re probably not going to be able to get ahold of anyone. It’s a small company that probably gets 90% of its business the same time each year, so not really a shocker. Up to you if you want to take your chances.

I ordered contacts from them a week before Halloween and just got them today. It says they didn’t ship them until February 27th. That is 4 months from the day it was placed and that is ridiculous. "If I could give this business 0 stars it would be too many. Contacted this fly-by-night company owned by Jim Cohen (multimillionaire, so he claims) to purchase these contacts with 6 days to spare. Called 5x before order was placed to confirm they would arrive in time, to which I received multiple guarantees from different associates that it would. And of course the timeframe came and went. Attempted to call and find a solution, but this "manager" instead berated me on the phone and hung up on me multiple times. He refused to refund me or pay the difference to have the contacts delivered on time as promised. This company DOES NOT FOLLOW FDA REGULATIONS and a prescription is not used when ordering. With a man like that at the helm, it leaves me to wonder about the quality and sanitation of their products. I definitely would think twice before ordering from them for the safety of your eyes. A disreputable company such as this might just be shipping out dirty contacts. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"I ordered 2 pair of Halloween contacts on Saturday of last week. It is now Tuesday and no merchandise. I paid for 2 day delivery. I will give them a couple more days until I have a complaint on them so I can get my money back. Seeing all of these nasty reviews makes me wish I would have never order from them. I will never order from them again and I will get the word out about them."

"My order confirmation email did not reflect what I ordered. I asked them to cancel immediately after receiving it. No response, no phone answered. They sent another email saying it was dispatched. I finally got through to them on the phone, they said to just return to sender and a refund will be issued and to order what I would like, they would waive expedited shipping fee. When I went back to the site to do so, the option to ship to the US was no longer there. They discontinued shipping to the US right before Halloween. They obviously don't like increased business. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for your contacts!"

"This is in regard to Wendy, one of your sales representatives at the Plymouth Meeting location. I have been going to Four Eyes for many years, at their prior location and at this current location, and the reason I continue going is because of Wendy. She is just wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and professional and always helps me make the right choices. In fact, in 2010, when I felt something was wrong with one of my lenses, it was Wendy who discovered that my eye doctor had made a mistake on my prescription and she called my eye doctor and did everything in her power to help correct that mistake and make sure that I had the right prescription. When I went in this past Thursday, thank goodness Wendy was there because I would not deal with anyone else. I trust her implicitly and she is the reason I continue to go to Four Eyes. Had she not been there that day, I would have found out when she would be and would have made another trip to the store when she would be there, even though I don't live that close. You are lucky to have her working for you and I will continue going to Four Eyes as long as she is there. "
"I ordered a pair of hazel contact lenses. They arrived and I opened them. Only after I opened them did I realise there was a slip in the package that said they'd substituted a different brown pair because they didn't have the ones I ordered in stock. I had no email from them asking if I was happy with that and I'd opened them before I saw this little slip. Not happy as they were £14 and the replacement pair had no resemblance to the colour I had originally ordered"
"I had a really bad experience with a pair of white out lenses I bought from Foureyez. I've used lenses for years and I know how to prepare and use them. After 2 hours, I noticed my lenses felt dry. I ended up in hospital because they had stuck to both of my eyes. The next few days were pure pain, I was told I was lucky to have not got ulcers and lost my vision. Buy with caution over the internet - the quality isn't as regulated as it is in the big high-street stores - and this company does not provide quality. No answer when I called them. Your vision is too important - don't risk it!!!! "
