"Service people were so helpful and friendly.
Thanks Fowler."
"Quick and smooth purchase with great customer service especially Chris Scott. They were willing to work it out with me and gave me what I wanted to buy."
"Flawless!! Super easy, part was waiting for me."
"Courteous, prompt, accurate and under MSRP."
"Parts ordered were quickly shipped, well packaged, and correct in quantity. Prices were the lowest of the stores in my area too. Would recommend!"
"Best experience with the best professional parts sale person handling my purchases. "
"It was great. Thank you to all of the staff that helped we appreciate it"
"The sales on parts, the ordering process, and the experience of picking up the parts exceeded my expectations. My wife came along and had the battery replaced in her key fob at the time I was picking up the parts and she agreed it was a great experience all around. Toyota customers for life!"
"I walked into the Parts Department to pick up 3 gallons of coolant I had ordered online. One person got it and provided me with a box to make easier to carry. I wasn't there 2 minutes. It couldn't have been any faster or better."
"Contacted me when the part selected was incorrect for my VIN……they contacted me and corrected. Thanks!!"
"My car salesman, Carson, was great. But it seemed the sales manager kept getting in the way. And he wanted ridiculous prices for cars that had very serious problems. So unfortunately, I had to go elsewhere. I'd never buy a used from this dealership with the games they played. Never met the sales manager and honestly did not want to.
Biggest gripe I had was Jim Norton's used car lot was FULL of cars, but most had pretty obvious problems just looking at them. The two used cars I test drove (I think a 2012 Corolla with around 137k and a 2013 Camry Hybrid) had serious issues. Corolla was check engine and traction control lights, lots of repairs needed on exterior, and couldn't even pop the hood to look at the engine comp. The Camry had NO engine coolant and the inverter (which had full NEW looking coolant) was overheating. I was originally told these cars would probably both be in my price range of $5k or less, but "had not been priced yet" (first game), had not been inspected yet (2nd game). When Carson asked for the Corolla price from the sales manager, he was told $8k. No way I would even pay $4k for that junk. Then Carson conveyed that, came back and said the manager would just auction it. The Camry was suspiciously priced at $6400... Nope, not without filling it with coolant and letting test drive another day.
Biggest complaint was I wanted to look at a used Prius they had advertised, it was still there on the lot (was pointed out to me), but the sales manager had already sent it to auction that morning (3rd game, which was really the 1st). So very disappointed with the sales manager."
"I ordered several accessories for my new Sienna, and a customer service representative paused my order to make sure I wanted two accessories that served a similar purpose. After a few quick emails, he showed me that one of the accessories was sufficient and I didn’t need the second, saving me over $100. It was very thoughtful of him to do so, and I would certainly consider it going above and beyond. "
"Easy transaction. Will do business again!"
"Fast Shipping, items packed well."
"Took 2 hours to check battery charge. On top of that, left greasy foot prints all over my carpet, door scuff plate and on new floor mats. Just really poor attention to details. I had just replaced my carpet and these pieces of trim. This is why I don't take anything to the dealer but had to have them test the battery (which failed) to warranty it."
