"The company made extra effort in order to supply my order before my cable installation. I placed an order late notice and was hopeful to receive the modem router before install date. To my surprise, the modem arrived within a few days when I expected up to a week and the item was exactly as described! Brand new!!
Initially I was a little hesitant since I have never ordered from this company, however, they had the best price savings with shipping. Certainly, if I have needs for more of their products, I will consider this company before I take a chance elsewhere. This company, Foxxsales.com definitely has my trust and confidence."

Quality network gear at the best price I can find anywhere. Communication is great, shipping confirmation, order detail confirmation. Just because they won't ship to a different address may be a little frustrating, but worth the wait. As a business owner myself, it is difficult to prove any person is legit especially when they prefer to ship to a different address and later claim no responsibility for the order.
When I received my products, as in the past few times, they were exactly as advertised. Shipping was less than 5 days at no additional charge.

"I just moved to a new apartment and I needed a Modem/Router. I ordered one form Foxxsales and then was sent an order confirmation saying my order is being processed and would be shipped in 24 hours. After shipment they said it would take 7 to 10 business days. So I waited two weeks for my item and nothing came. So I made a ticket asking for a routing number. Three days later I received a response saying the order was not processed due to a third party fraud protection. They said I could not ship my item to a different address then my billing address (which is different because I moved). This makes sense and it is noted, however I missed this and yet I was allowed to proceed and was sent an email saying they processed my order. This is a problem. I ordered a (NEW) Logitech FabricSkin Keyboard Folio for my iPod Air and I received a used one with the tab broken off, no instruction pamphlet, and it wouldn't go into discovery mode.
It was a B.Day gift for my daughter so we didn't fully open it until 17 days later. I went online to call customer service to complain and get a new one and they had no customer service number.
Instead I had to do this whole thing to get registered just to be able to get more forms…after reading about the other poor folks who fell for this company I realized my best course of action will be to take the matter up with my credit card company and not waste my time with their NON-return policy.

"Buyer Beware. Save yourself some trouble and go with a more reputable and RESPECTABLE company. They clam to "protect" the customers, when in fact they are protecting themselves.
Called their bluff on "photographing" and "documenting" every product they sell and sure enough, their emails stopped. No response...
If you guys are going to do business, at least have some decency and don't make "policies" that are totally unreasonable and totally NOT the "industry standard."

They also like to use a lot of quotations around terms and reply with emails that are way too verbose. Most likely a scare tactic to sound legal, but with their grammatical errors, it is clear that this is a "company" that is cheap and sells subpar merchandise. I should've gone with my gut instinct after reading their generic "positive" reviews that were probably family and friends.

"This company is GREAT! Purchased several range extenders from them recently and received my order a few days later. Perfect... Received exactly what I ordered, installed all the routers with no problem... all the items were brand new as represented on the site.
Because I had ordered 4 extenders, I had realized we only need 3 for our office, therefore, after contacting the company they processed a refund for the extra equipment without any issue. I had received a fast response with the refund and my account was issued a credit after they received it... no problem at all.

"I ordered a modem from Foxxsales on 4/27/2012. It arrived on 5/3/2012. I had an appointment scheduled with Comcast to install Cable Internet at my house on 5/13/2012. When the tech came to install Internet, he said the modem was defective and I should return it to the distributor. He offered to install another modem. Normally, Comcast charges $7 a month for their modems, but they offered to let me have it for free. I attempted to return the defective modem to Foxxsales and they refused, citing their 14 day return policy.
Well here is the problem with their return policy. First of all, I didn't have the item in my possession for 14 days, only 8, since it took 6 to ship. Second of all, when I sent them a message (since they don't even have a customer service number on their site - pretty shady if you ask me) they said I should have checked the item when I received it to make sure it wasn't defective. Well, I'm not exactly sure how I would have been able to do that since I didn't have any Internet to check it on. Plugging it into the wall to see if the lights turn on isn't going to prove that the item isn't defective.
I understand their return policy, but their rigid adherence to it irregardless of the situation of the consumer demonstrates their lack of understanding of quality customer service. A company has to be flexible to the needs of a consumer in order to generate return business. In my case, they failed to do so and I will never purchase anything from them again.
Not only did they sell me a defective product and refused to repair that situation, but all I received from them were emails rather than a phone call. The fact that they refuse to pick up the phone to speak with a customer to address concerns speaks volumes to their vision (or lack thereof) of customer service.
I will be warning all of my friends in the I/T field about this company and tell them not to be sucked into getting ripped off because the price seems a little better. I am willing to pay a little more if I am actually going to get good customer service.
Foxxsales is not a company that can be trusted. It will be interesting to see what type of propaganda-like response they issue to my post."
