"They put my order on hold after I requested in a "note" that it be sent to my office (where a receptionist could receive it) ... Alternate shipping address is "against their policy", I guess. -- this caused a one day delay. Then when I emailed back and requested to go ahead and send it to my home office (billing address) ... THEY EMAILED BACK STATING THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER. Doh! No phone number to contact them!? .. Also their website security is not done properly (browser lock does not show) -- that concerns me a bit.

Many other vendors - including all of their major competitors will ship to an alternate address.

I'm NEVER shopping here again -- no matter how good their price. I'll pay 5 bucks more and get it from a "Consumer-Friendly" website that ships to my office.

C'mon guys ... grow up if you're going to play with the big boys!

1) High value merchandise = $159

2) I DID NOT ask you to ship without signature - that is an outright lie. Yes ... I told you there would be nobody to sign at the billing address -- but I told you to ship anyway. I can easily take the delivery tag and pick up the merchandise the next morning. How exactly does one "bypass" terms and conditions? That's a new one.

3) Security. Viewing the shopping cart in Firefox it only shows a "Lock" for a moment and then removes the lock and there are 2 warnings: a) "This website does not supply identity information." and b) "The connection to this site is only paritally encrypted, and does not prevent eavesdropping". Upon viewing your source code, it is chock full of "http://" non-secure references. I develop e-commerce sites for a living -- these errors are shopping cart 101 folks.
