"I too paid for expedited shipping and received my order two weeks later. I wrote the company asking to be refunded for the expedited shipping charges and received no response. It's been over a week. I called the 800 number multiple times and it always goes to voicemail. You have about ten seconds to leave a voicemail before you get cut off by the machine. Now I'm back to emailing them, trying to set up a return. I have little to no hope someone will actually get back to me. This company is a scam, do not order from them."
