"Terrible experience! I purchased a fragrance from the Fragra.com website and the transaction went through smoothly, I received an order confirmation number and everything. A couple days after my purchase I received an email from them stating that they forgot to update their website and the price of the item I ordered was more than double the price they had posted! It is the responsibility of any company to maintain their merchandise availability and pricing for customer viewing. I was very upset that they didn't at all care about their mistake. I will NEVER do business with this company again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone who doesn't like being treated like their business is not valued."
"Ordered perfume for my wife for her birthday. I didn't hear from them for a week. I emailed them, and heard nothing back. Eventually, I got a quick email cancelling my order, without explanation. Had to scramble to get another present. I called to ask for an explanation, got some off shore call center who promptly hung up on me. Don't buy from these yahoos."

"I was introduced to this store a few days ago by a friend. At first I wasn't really sure there was anything special about it...BUT, after looking through it, I found that they have one of the largest collection of quality fragrances of any of the online fragrance retailers. What's more amazing is that I got the product delivered to me a lot sooner than I expected. I don't write reviews for anything often...but this one deserved the effort.
