"Don't order from this site. It used to be fine may be a few years ago. I made an order and paid promptly. Fragrance net did not send me a confirmation email. Then when I checked the site my order sat in their " warehouse" for three days. I made my purchase on Monday and it was eligible for free shipping. Which is 4-7 business days. However my order didn't ship till the Fifth day and it wasn't delivered by the date which Fragrancenet claimed will be delivered. It sat in a FEDEX LOCATION SOMEWHERE WITH NO UPDATE ON DELIVERY. Then I checked again they moved the delivery date to another date. I TRIED TO CALL THE FRAGRANCE NET NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL NO ONE RESPONDS TO EMAILS. I wanted the perfume to be a gift but I guess being Thrifty to buy from a discount network can cause problems.
The prices are Low but THE SERVICE, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. I will just save and go to the Store and even go the the actual manufacturer and pay shipping and get it on time. "
"I have been a customer of FragranceNet.com for a few years. I usually just order Quelque Fleurs by Houbigant and Eternity. I rarely wear any other fragrance besides Queque fleurs and have found the fragrance to be packaged beautifully and smell appropriately. Sometimes I find the color a little light but I have always been happy with the fragrance and its lasting power. It does last me the entire day and I constantly receive compliments from strangers on my fragrance, even though I usually don't smell it on me after awhile. I was horrified to read such awful reviews of this company, especially the snot and nose hair on the Paris Hilton perfume! I have never (knock on wood) had issues with shipping, missing/incorrect items etc. and in fact just placed another order today as I found a good price on a lovely Quelque fleurs gift set."
"I placed an order with FragranceNet.com on 10/22/13 for 8 items.
I received the order three weeks later on 11/12/13, and all of the items in the box were saturated in liquid soap, which had leaked inside the box. I immediately called customer service, and instead of listening to what I was trying to tell her, she started talking over me. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was told none was available - she would leave a note. I got home and on my computer was a return authorization (I did not request this). I guess they want me to wash off the mess inside this box, go buy another box, and mail all of this stuff back to them??? No way - EXPENSIVE LESSON - DO NOT BUY HERE!!!"
"This company is probably ok, but didn't resolve my problem. I ordered Kerastose Men's Daily Care Anti-Oily shampoo. (It has a green label). It took a long time, but when I received my order, it was incorrect as they sent me the regular Daily Care. (With an orange label). They gladly sent me a return label, and I returned it asking for the correct item. After a month, I received my order, however, once again, it was the wrong order! This time they sent it with each bottle with the lid taped. I called customer service, and the woman couldn't believe it. I figure someone has cataloged the wrong item, but it's taken 3 months for me to get the wrong item twice. I'm going to order from someone else now. "

I needed my order number and when they received it they sent a return shipping label and refunded my money at the end of the month. It was professional and timely. "I'm actually shocked at all the negative reviews for this site. Granted, I didn't actually order for the website - but on its eBay account instead. I found the prices on eBay much cheaper and lower total order cost to receive free shipping. ($20 vs $59) I order on Saturday night and I got it by Thursday morning. I ordered two perfume, both steeply discounted from department store prices and smells legit. (but I'm no perfume expert) I'm very impressed with their site and am already looking to order some more perfumes I've been dying to get my hands on! "
"I'm so relieved. I had placed an order Before I read the reviews here. Amazon had them pretty high. I did not have a bad experience at all. The order was shipped/tracking sent the next day and it arrived with the "free" shipping I chose in less than a week. I am in the states, so maybe that could have been to my advantage. Both items I ordered are new, original and nothing about either makes me think "fake" as some on here have a problem with. I'll probably order other things now."

"I placed the order and paid $13 for shipping because I was told that the birthday item would be shipped so it would be received before July 29 in the morning. We are going away for a trip in the evening so a late delivery doesn't work. As I was given false promises at the time of the order and was told that the order would be received July 26 (again false promises), I would again like to request refund of the $13 extra I paid for expedited delivery. I see from your customer reviews that you have a generally good reputation. I hope you would live up to your reputation and refund the extra delivery charge as I was given false promises on two occasions. Please respond as soon as convenient. I would hope you would stand by your firm reputation.

"Did this company get bought out or what? I am astonished at the negative reviews. This is one of the best fragrance purchases I have ever made. The products I received are ALL authentic and I am a stickler for authenticity as I have actually done a lot of work exposing counterfeiters over a number of years. Granted I don't buy designer, I buy niche so maybe that makes a difference I don't know. The ONLY complain I could possibly have is they gave me a cheap perfume sample ("Exceptional") and they should know by my choices that I would never buy that. (I purchased L'Artisan and Serge Lutens.)
The boxes were all in perfect condition and 3 were sealed. (4 fragrances total) All were fresh. Absolutely no 2nds, returns or old stock or anything like that. The prices were incredible and shipping was fairly prompt. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever and will definitely be a repeat customer.
I am very happy with my purchase and just pulled up their website to order something else!"

My friend and I ordered almost $150 worth of product from Fragrancenet.com in April this year. It arrived 2 days ago, four months later following an arduous credit checking process. the package arrived damaged in the post. When we requested they resend the product and offer some compensation for the terrible service. They said they will not resend a replacement product as it is an international shipment and have offered no compensation or apology. "

"I will never use this company again. On April 19th I ordered three Kings & Queens sugar body milks for my friends. The total shipping charge was $25.95 USD to be sent from Belgium to Greece which is expensive but still within reason.
After having sent several emails over the following 12 days asking when my order would be shipped and opening a case for non-receipt in Paypal, I finally got a reply with a tracking number. When I entered the tracking number on the site I was directed to, it turned out that the package has not actual been shipped yet (as of May 2nd).
I then had a look at my Paypal case and discovered that it said I only ordered 1 item. $25.95 USD for one 200ml body milk to be sent from Belgium to Greece is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS, the most it should cost is about $8.00 USD and that's stretching it. The body milk was only $6.80 USD.
I have been ordering beauty products from all over the world for years and I have never encountered such bad service and practices from any company that I have dealt with. If FragranceNet.com doesn't have something in stock, they should give the customer the choice of wether or not they want to back order something and wait.
Also, they should not be overcharging customers for shipping to line their pockets. And changing someones order without informing them and then not adjusting the shipping, that is downright swindling."
"I have used FragranceNet.com twice. I had no problems the first time so was confident in using them again. Recently I orderded another two fragrances with them and some three weeks later received a box with the following items, packaging paper, some promotional flyers, a compact mirror, two product samples and a delivery docket of my order. The box was plain other than two address labels, one from a New York address and one from EParcel Post after the box arrived in Australia. There was no company name, international labels or weight declaration. I contacted FragranceNet.com to let them know the delivered box was empty apart from the paper and sales junk. The next day I received an automated response outlining their international delivery times. This was three weeks ago and no one from FragranceNet.com has responded to my complaint. I contacted my Credit Card provider and PayPal and have received a charge back to my account. They will take it up with FragranceNet.com. Interestingly PayPal advised me they had several calls recently from other purchasers of FragranceNet.com who had also received empty boxes. Whether these were deliberatley shipped empty or tampered with in transit is irrelevant as their customer service is non existant and I would never use them again."

Have purchased from them in the past with great results.
On my last purchase however I bought 3 Fancy Love (by Jessica Simpson) eau de parfum. I sprayed the first one and it reeked of alchohol no scent to it at all. I opened up the other 2 to test them and they had no scent to them either, just alcohol!!!
For me it is not worth the hassle of PAYING to return them and then be charged a restocking fee as well (since I opened all of them).
