"Absolutely awful company and customer service is non existent.
They charged me twice for a product, they have promised to refund my money but after nearly 6 weeks I still have no refund.
When I phone, they promise it will be sorted.
When I email, they promise the refund will be with me in 5 days.
This is THEFT and they don't even care. I wonder how many other people they have scammed in this way.
If you take a look at the negative reviews, the reply from Fragrance Shop is a standard reply to each and every complaint. They say there is no customer number when some people have included a customer number.
They give you an email address to write to and then ignore the emails. I have emailed this address so I know!!
Avoid like the plague itself."
"I normally dont do this unless some business has really wronged me but I never saw these negative reviews before all the times Ive used this site.. and Literally it has the best prices and the product is always nothing less than exactly what I wanted. The standard shipping is a bit of a wait like 8-9 days, for me at least, but I really cant complain with the selection and pricing... not sure whats up with all the bad reviews but this I'm a real and happy customer that just went out of his way to defend this place because it really is that good. I do regret doing the standard shipping though. "

Like others, I was skeptical of purchasing from this site after reading all the bad reviews, but since it had an excellent rating on Trustpilot, I decided to go for it. I ordered Sauvage for men on 11/21/22 and got it today, 11/28. It was double packed in bubble mailers for protection with plastic wrapping sealed on the box. I feel comfortable saying that it’s a legit website, and I got a great price. I would use them again. Hopefully, future purchases will be just as good. Maybe they made some company changes or had lazy employees before a major turnover. It happens."

"Ordered 3 bottles of fragrance to be shipped to my SO in Australia. Price looked great and transaction went through without any hassle.
2 days later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled and I could only pay via 'wire transfer'. After repeatedly contacting customer service to ask why, they told me they could only accept credit cards if they were issued by a United States bank with the customer living in the USA??
It's now been 1 week and guess who still hasn't refunded my money back onto my credit card even though they cancelled the order??!?!?!?

"I ordered 6 Aramis deodorant sticks and received 6 Aramis anti-perspirant sticks. Unfortunately, there is a huge difference- the anti-perspirant is white and leaves a very visible stain on clothes. I have tried contacting their customer support 4 times and they don't even bother replying. All I asked for was a refund and/or the product I actually ordered- I was and am willing to return the faulty merchandise. I told them I intended to inform the world and this doesn't motivate them to reply to me! Stay away from them!"

"I ordered 10 perfume bottles in November as a Christmas gift. I have used this fragrance for several years and know how it smells. When I sprayed it it smelled very very wrong. I opened another bottle and the same thing. When I looked closer I see that they are all expired as of December 2019. I want my money back, this is wrong and you shouldn't be selling expired perfume.
