"I ordered Eternity & Boss Unlimited from FragranceX.com. Requested on my order & insisted on emails after that that it shouldn't be left at the door but locked in a parcel locker because packages go missing where I live but still they left it by the door unattended. They sent me a picture of the package which was clearly printed on "PUT IN THE PARCEL LOCKER" left at the door. It went missing & when I claimed they made me wait 2 months & told me they cannot pay because they couldn't access the parcel locker, they never asked the building superintendent they just threw it on the door. In my opinion the delivery guy should have been smart enough to know why the package was printed "PUT IN PARCEL LOCKER" & atleast take it back with him if he couldn't deliver it there.
