"I just placed a large order, didn't understand what i ordered, and have no use for most of the order. An 8x10 frame is not for an 8x10 picture, it is for 5 x7 picture with a mat. Unless there is not an "M" after the listing. But, for a 10x13 frame, there is no mat and that is the frame size. You have to carefully read each listing and refer to a key on the next page.
I ordered on a one day weekend special when customer service is not available. When I received the order I called and the rep was very matter of fact. No "I'm sorry you misunderstood" or "Would you like to return them" or any sort of empathy. I wouldn't be so upset if there was any sort of kindness expressed. "Too bad, how sad" is not what I expect from a seller's customer service.
And the shipping is exorbitant."

"Terrible customer service. Took calling them three times to get them to follow through with processing the return slips. Ridiculous charges for shipping. Terrible return policy. You have to ship the frames back on your own dime, and they charge a 25% restocking fee. And they only give you store credit, no refunds. "

"This order actually went through their sister site economyframes.com, although from what I gather you're dealing with the same company and same service. I needed some nice looking frames for some retro movie posters yet didn't want to spend a fortune having it professionally done. They came highly recommended from an A/V forum and so I gave them a shot. I ordered the Corporate Wide black in 27x40 and they came out great. Shipped relatively fast and in great condition. Look like a frame you'd have done professionally but at a much cheaper cost. Would recommend them to anyone who needs some framing but doesn't want to fork over a ton of dough to do it. "
