"I had read other reviews that claimed the turnaround was slow. I didn't need my order in a hurry, and I felt like the price was right, so I went for it. The online ordering tool is pretty easy to use, with plenty of options for frames, mats, etc. I set up three different frame orders, from small and simple to large and ornate. I thought the total cost was reasonable with free shipping, so I placed my order. Then I wanted. And waited.

Two weeks later, I wrote an email to inquire. And then I waited.
Two weeks after that, I heard from Mauricio, who explained that they had just heard from their supplier that the moulding I ordered was out of stock. He allowed me to choose a different style (or optionally cancel the order), so I did. Then I waited.
Two weeks later, I inquired again.
Two weeks after that, Mauricio reached out to let me know he was having trouble getting my address into the FedEx site. Finally, 2 full months after I placed my order, I received it. I wasn't in any huge rush, so that's good. And the frames & mats are indeed gorgeous, well constructed, and extremely well packed. Everything was cut perfectly, and I have my art installed and looking great after just a few minutes. In the end, I would order again and just hope my pieces aren't out of stock. If I needed a quick turnaround, I would find something local and pay a lot more."
