"Seriously, FramesDirect.com is incredible. I tried to get a replacement pair of glasses but wanted to keep my original frames. Lenscrafters had them, but wanted $350 and tried to sell me all these extras I DID NOT WANT. My total was going to be over $500 and come to find out they didn't even take my insurance. I came to FramesDirect.com, and not only did they have my frames for $150, but they also had the polarized lenses, polycarbon, and coatings all for much cheaper. They took a copy of my prescription, and using the measurement guide I was able to get the exact frames.

I was nervous about the prescription being filled out and the distance of my pupils being off, but I tried to glasses on yesterday and they were awesome! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO GET MY GLASSES! Better price, service and selection.

Please keep up the good work!!!

"I was very pleased with the quick service. I was nervous about having the order delivered before my flight so I ordered express shipping service. I ordered the Glasses on Friday, and sent a chat that same day to express my concern about prompt deliverly. The agent explained the order and delivery process. The frames shipped out faster than anticipated and arrived well before my flight.

"International customers beware! Not only did I pay international shipping charges of $43 (for one pair of specs), but was also charged an additional (hidden) £36 for ‘UK customs clearance’! What’s more my specs were shipped from the US 28 Aug. By 10 Sept, when they still hadn’t arrived & I hadn’t been contacted, I had to take it upon myself to identify and contact the local courier (Parcel Force) and take time off work to drive 20 miles to the local depot to personally collect them…really!?

Frames direct can be summed up with awful customer service coupled with extortionate prices, namely down to shipping costs…shoulda gone to specsavers indeed!

"Got my glasses and was real pleased with quick shipping. I liked the glasses but the cable temples I order with them just didn't work for me, so I sent out an email explaining the problen and was quickly sent a rma number.
I just received my glasses back today and couldn't be happier with them. the whole process from beginning to end was handle in a most professional way. Thank You So Much.
