"Wanted to purchase some glasses that had been discontinued, I couldnt find them anywhere but framesemporium. After making the purchase,,,that sceen said it charged 0.00 which was weird, so i figured the website wasnt working. I rarely use my credit card( maybe 1 time every 3 months, other wise i use my debit card)...but wihin a few days my credit card was being all around the world, from islamabad, to luxemburg ...also they made a fake credit card and tried to go into stores like dominos and footlocker to make purchases...over 33 transactions were made in 1 day within a few hours. When the bank called I was shocked, up to the point of shutting off the card, while on the phone with the rep, whoever was still trying to make online purchases. I am 100% certain, my info was stolen by framesemporium.,

"Do not order from this company, i was so happy to find the glasses i had been looking for for a great price and authentic. Got a email the next couple of days saying they were not available. They still have the same glasses on the website saying available. Wish i had read the review before ordering. "

"I have had the worst experience from framesemporium.com

When I placed my order I was thrilled to find a great price on a pair of glasses priced almost double through other retailers. However, when my order was placed, I recieved no email confirmation whatsoever. No shipping notification, reciept, or any correspondance from the merchant. I waited almost a month to recieve my order, as I had seen the charge come through on my credit card for the glasses. The order never arrived. When I reached out to the merchant through their customer service phone number, the phone rang and rang with no answer. I called 3 times and was finally prompted to leave a voicemail after waiting on hold 5 minutes. Instead I attempted their "online chat" only to find that no one was online and I had to send an email. I finally recieved a response that my glasses had been shipped with no further information, no order confirmation number, no help or reference in finding this "shipped package" that never arrived. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company to get it resolved.

"I had never ordered glasses online before. I thought it would take forever to get my order, that the glasses might arrive broken and I would go through a frustrating procedure to get them replaced, etc. etc. etc.

But to my surprise, they came fast, not broken, and the quality is what I had hoped for. Thank ShadesEmporium. You made my day. I will definitely refer you to my family and friends.

"TERRIBLE!!! DON'T SHOP WITH THEM WHATEVER YOU DO. Here are transcripts of my online conversations with them. It took almost one month for me to finally decided to cancel my order.
Though they admit they took LONG to get my order to me and even let me know what's going on, they still want to charge me a $35 cancellation fee.
