" Ordered some items and got an email confirmation of my order. Two weeks later with no package, I called for status and was told the items had been backordered but should be in in a couple of days and was promised a tracking number. One week later, no package, no tracking number, I called again. (Remember these are toll calls, they do not have an 800-number.) This time I was told the items had come in, my order was packed, and was ready to ship. Again I was promised a tracking number. Another week and still no package, and no tracking number, I made another phone call. Turns out that Chris, the guy who handles their internet orders and shipping, isn't there during the day, he's in college, has a cell phone but turns it off, and nobody at the store knows how to run his computer so they can't tell me what the status of my order is. But 'Fred' promises me a phone call by the end of the day when Chris comes in. The phone call doesn't happen until the day after, and then he calls me at home when I'm at work even though I'd left my work number. I make a last call to cancel the order and was finally told that they never did get any of the items and they can't find any to fill the order. At least, to their credit, they hadn't charged my card. This was not my first order, and the others were filled OK, but they are very slow even when they have your order in stock, and communication, to put it bluntly, sucks. At a minimum I expect to receive a tracking number when my order ships, and to be notified if it is back-ordered, and they provide neither. Telling me once they would give me a tracking number and then giving me nothing could be an honest oversight, but the repeat performance indicates either gross incompetence or deliberate falsehood. Either way I won't shop there again."
