"They only give you the experian report, when you cancel that day becasue it is not what you want they seem to forget! A week later they charge your account, you call them and they tell some lie about how you can review all of your reports now that you are a paying member... Make sure you get a Cancel# on the phone not wait for an email they may or may not actually send. Thieves I will be reporting to the BBB"
"I visited the site quite a while ago after getting their commercial jingles stuck in my head. I was fully aware when I signed up that I was getting a free trial in triple advantage. It says that right on the home page more than once and again when completing the sign up process. Why else would they require payment information if they weren't going to charge you for something? Does the website name cause people to click without reading? I've never heard anyone complain that BeachCamera.com sells more than just cameras and they don't have a single beach for sale.
I signed up for the free offer, got the info I needed and then called to cancel my trial before I was charged. The only way it could have been any better is if I was able to cancel online rather than calling.
BTW, annualcreditreport.com is the federally authorized website to get a free annual credit report without any trials or memberships. "

They did issue a refund after playing routine "phone games" to make the victim quit out of lost patience.
