This was the most time consuming purchase I've ever made! :(

I've had to create 3 orders, & had 2 orders canceled in order to eventually receive 2 parts.

Your system ****, It shouldn't have taken this much time & effort to order car parts.

The person receiving my original order should be able (in this time & day) to modify the order to only have the parts that are available to be fulfilled & sent out to the customer.

It would have been quicker & less tedious to walk into a dealership & buy the parts but I was told it was cheaper to purchase them online.

I hope your process improves for future customers with this feedback.
