Crooks of the FreemasonStore

"I have made countless calls to get in contact with a live representative from the "Freemason" store regarding my "pending" refund. Til this date, March 18, 2016, I have not received a call back or an email response regarding my full refund. I had shipped the tungsten ring on Monday, December 28, 2015, and the item was delivered on January 6, 2016 to their retail store in New York.
I was told by a woman by the name of Leanna, whom I spoke with in early February, that I would be receiving my refund at the end of February. And it is now mid-March 2016.

According to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the "Freemason" store located on 899 Waverly Avenue, Holtsville, NY 11742, this so-called online store has a letter grade F: 11 complaints in the past 3 years such as Advertising/Sales issues- 1, Delivery issues- 4, Problems with Product/Service- 6.

I am left with no other choice, but to report to the BBB as well about this "Freemason" store about their failure to respond to "loyal customers", issues with losing packages in warehousing, delivery issues, and failure to give refunds.

Honestly, the "Freemasonstore" should not be in business because they are all crooks. They are stealing from customers- from MY brothers AND sisters. This online retailer is abusing the word Freemason, and they are not worthy to use the name Freemasonry
