An excessively polite offshore operator took 45 minutes to haltingly process my return request. I was put on hold repeatedly, told I could only get return authorization by calling headquarters on a weekday, then finally given an OK with the promise of an emailed return mailing label (yet to receive).

"I ordered a small folding table for $29. Their added shipping almost doubled the price. When checking the FedEx tracking for the package I see that it has been stuck in a small Wisconsin town for over a week. I am in California. When checking out, one of those scam messages appeared saying that if I typed in the given code that shipping costs would be omitted. In very, very small print it stated that causes me to join their 'club' and I would have a monthly charge on my credit card. I ordered this item over two weeks ago and still do not have it. Beware!"

Written order from their catalogue was sent by mail. The response from Fresh Finds was an email with an invoice for almost $700. They claim that a $600 item was ordered. Since it had not shipped and was clearly a mistake I asked to cancel the order and not to ship it. Their response was that they had sent the order to shipping and it could not be cancelled. I asked them to notify shipping to cancel. Their response was that they could not contact shipping because they didn't have a phone or email---unbelievable. Since it had not shipped the charge was not on my credit card yet. When I hung up the phone and checked they had put the charge through while I was talking to them.
It is a shame that such behavior cannot be stopped."
"Ordered product with free shipping. Charged twice but decided to keep both. Items took forever to send and after telling the, to cancel, the order ships (amazing). I contacted PayPal and this company didn’t respond. I now am getting harassing calls to pay double what the cost was. Buyer beware!!!"
"I ordered a heating pad and jeweled “helpers” that attach to bracelets, necklaces, scarves, and sweaters. Everything arrived fine, but the jewelry arrived in small plastic packets stapled together along with a California required hazardous warning. I covered these items with clear nail polish and gave them as Christmas gifts. The small magnet fell out of one but it glued back with quick glue. Two weeks later I received an e-mail from Fresh Finds, asking for a review of the jewelry, which I did. I said the quality was average, more for fun jewelry not fine jewelry, and described it as above, said recommended if coated over or for children over 5 to be able to dress themselves as the magnets just clamped together. I feel the review was a fair representation of the product; maybe they didn’t like the term “ possibly hazardous “ which was printed on the warning delivered with them. They sent an e-mail back that “after review they would not print my review because I didn’t follow their review guidelines “. I now distrust any product review printed by Fresh Finds. It appears they only print 100% positive reviews."
"Fresh Finds is not interested in having one removed from a database for solication and will tell you that they are but read the facts that follow after my attempts: First of all, Fresh Finds catalogue is also the same company that puts out Lakeside Collection and Ltd. Fresh Finds was called on 09/19/19, spoke to Nita Moore at 4:15 PM to request removal from solicitation list and requested a confirmation # for the call and an employee I.D. but to no avail. Called on 10/15/19 and spoke to Shaleah in Aura, IL. and requested again to be removed from the mailing list and removed from the database but to no avail. Catalogues continued to be mailed. Called on 11/13/19 and spoke to Jalysha and Nadi in IL. at 6:53 PM and asked for removal from database but to no avail. Called on 12/08/19 and spoke to Alice in chicago at 2:29 PM and requested no solicitation and removal from mailing list but to no avail. Called on 01/14/2020 at 7:40 PM and asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to Natalie in Bannockburn/Chicago; Called on 02/10/2020 at 6:50 PM and spoke to Chris (Employee I.D. # 36359) and supervisor Mike but to no avail. I am recommending to report complaints with the Federal Trade Commission and block your number when you call this company as I have been doing every time! I will continue to fight this until this is resolved."
"I made the mistake of ordering from this catalogue. Now I receive these catalogues constantly. In attempting to conserve paper and no longer wishing to order from Fresh Finds, I requested removal from their catalogue mailing list. My removal requests dated 4/2019, 9/2019, 11/2019, 12/2019 were never honored.
Today I received yet another catalogue - 2/2020. When I called AGAIN, the rep said there was no note to remove me from their list! I'm preparing to file a complaint with the BBB.

"I ordered a Blu-ray DVD from FishesFreshFinds and got an email confirmation with an order number and everything looked legitimate. However the item was never delivered and they never returned my email communication. What is worse, the website is not available anymore!
I don't want to make all small businesses look bad, but I should have known better, when the contact email is a GMAIL that can't be good!!! Any way, I called my credit card and disputed the charges.
