"Ordered 3 bottles of gummies which never arrived. When I spoke to rep after lengthy discussion about CanadaPost not able to help I was given 50% refund. That is only partial refund I spend $250 dollars and deman my full refund countless emails I only get a series of emails that does not answer my question or help in anyway...they have Terri le customer service and refuse to give me their supervisors name. "The absolutely worst company I have ordered from! The company took a long time to process the order. They shipped it FEDEX and I did not receive it. FEDEX stated it was delivered but I was home all day and it never came. I tried to resolve the missing package with FEDEX but the shipper must submit the forms. I contacted Fresh Health Nutrition by website, phone, and email- multiple times. The company refuses to fill out the form with FEDEX. I email the directions on how and when the company needs to submit a missing delivery form and they continue to refuse. Per FEDEX website- Smart Post

"Wish I had seen all these bad reports BEFORE I ordered. 4 tubes of toothpaste. I received the order and opened the box only to find 3 tubes. I sat down and sent an email telling them what ahpphappened and a couple of days later received an email asking me to take a pitcure of the box the toothpaste came in relfecting the label. I did so and about a week later I received an email telling me that the packer who placed the tubes in the shipping box wrote down that they had placed 4 tubes in the box and that they went to FedEx who had weighed the box and the weight of 1.7lbs. was correct for 4 tubes. They essentially called me a liar about a $3.00 tube of toothpaste and refused to make it good! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!"

"I ordered from Fresh Health Nutrition two (2) times. The first time they noted they couldn't fill the order due to lack of stock. That was over 45 days from my order date. I gave them the benefit and tried a second time. "Repeat Performance" !! Again after 60 days and several attempts they cancelled my order with some feeble excuse. There are other reputable sources. Try them instead.

"I searched for a particular sunscreen and this store came up with a great price. I ordered, they charged my Card and never got my stuff. I have emailed and called to no success. They answered the phone once and said it would be on its way immediately and they would send a confirmation to my email, nothing ever came. Several calls since then with no answer or response. The “Supposed” office and warehouse are less that 15 miles from my house and I offered to pick up my order. They refused due to Covid concerns.

Placed the order a 2nd time on May 25th and used a completely different credit card which is more than good. Supposedly they tried to process on June 25th and claim my card was declined, which is impossible!!! So, they cancelled the order a 2nd time, again without making any attempt to reach out to me.
Before I found this site I placed the order a 3rd time today using again, another completely different credit card. Wonder what happens this time? I know better than to expect any information for at least another month.
I sure doubt I will ever see the product I ordered! I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!!!!"
