"Have I been scammed? Placed order on July 31 and it is September 1. I began sending email inquiries about my order last week and neither of my two emails were answered. I called and was on hold for 25 minutes before giving up assuming the call would not be answered. The recording says to use chat which I could not find on their website. My funds were debited at time of purchase and prescription verified while they told me lenses would ship in 6-10 business days. "

Ordered, inquired 2 weeks later," on their way", 2 more weeks same answer , 1 more week "no idea when". Manager Henry says my order unimportant, and he cancels without my consent "because it's too much trouble ". Claims he issued refund. THREE WEEKS LATER , receive refund MINUS $22 (restocking fee) even though the order was never filled. Almost 2 months of hassle, lies and insults. NEVER had a problem like this online, these guys are defiantly incompetent ! Filed complaint with Consumer Protectiion Canada ."
