"I ordered on 3 items on 12/16 that cost a measly $40. DHL showed its hand off to USPS on 12/21 and USPS showed waiting to be scanned in to USPS facility. Waited a few days and it did not move. Contacted CS and was told to wait until 1/15/22 to see if it would appear. A few days later I found the same items on Amazon, regular prices at $2 more than the sale price I paid. Realized that if they really valued me they would have offered to reship the items rather than tell me to wait. So I asked for a refund and the response was "we filed a claim with the carrier, please sign the affidavit and we can either re-ship the items or refund you". Thier $40 was never at risk and they lost me as a customer forever over it. Shop at Amazon. Amazon may not value me as a customer, but they also don't tell you to wait a month for your in stock items to arrive when they know the package is lost, even the carriers do not show the package as received by them.

"I ordered six items. Only received one item. Received a second email informing only a partial will be deliver. Receive the second email with the same tracking number from the original delivery with the one item. Informed customer service and they responded back saying items were all shipped and completed. They will not provide a refund as the delivery was completed."

"Had a package get lost in the mail. When I contacted Freshpair, all they told me was that my package was likely held up in customs and to contact customs. Except that I knew for a fact that it wasn't at customs as my tracking number showed it had already cleared customs. "

"This company sells defective underwear. Trust the reviews and do not support them. It takes roughly 2 weeks for your item to arrive and when it does, it's defective in some way. There is obviously no quality control prior to dispatch. "

I ordered a single bra in my size and selected the “US” sizing option and paid. A couple of weeks later, I received my bra in UK sizing. Here’s the response from customer service...
“Our team will be glad to provide you with the prepaid return label so that the item can be returned to us without any cost. If this is something that will work for you, it will be great if you can share an image of the item, although, it will still work if this will be not available; this is just so we can show to the manufacturer and avoid this from happening again.”
Soooo...I sent them a picture to help them figure out what happened...AND...
“You may change the sizing option on the item page, to accurately choose the correct sizing, but it shall be delivered to UK sizing.”
And no return label was sent. I have NEVER experienced this kind of poor customer service from ANY online retailer. Especially when buying lingerie, you should not have options for people to change things (US sizing), when it’s not even an option to begin with. Then, send the incorrect UK size, and expect the customer to be responsible to pay for the return shipping. It doesn’t make any sense, and it’s a horrible business practice."
"I have shopped with Freshpair for over ten years and have never had a problem...until now. I recently placed an order for Bali briefs (3/$19). Two pair arrived but the third was missing so I checked the order and it said "partial). That was two weeks ago. I emailed customer service and received a prompt reply stating that the third colour I ordered was out of stock, even though on the website it said that it was in stock. The rep asked me if I would like to substitute another colour, so I emailed back with three choices in order of preference. That was the last I heard from customer service, and when I check my order history it still says "partial". I'm just glad that it wasn't an expensive order because I'm starting to think I'm getting the brush off. "
"I recently had a job interview at Freshpair and it explains their horrible customer service reviews. Someone must've quit the same day they started the process of replacing her, not wasting anytime. As I walk in, the place was full of two chatty girls who seemed to be gossiping. That was it, two people in the office who were chatting away, and it was obvious it wasn't work related. The manager tried to sound busy but can't be taken seriously dressing like she's going out dancing shortly. I completely understand why this place gets negative reviews. "
"I purchased 3 items, tried them on briefly and returned them in the original packaging with tags still on. They Did not refund one of the items due to excessive wearing. This is the farthest thing from the truth. I couldn't get that item past my hips. I asked them to send me back the item , I paid for it. They refused, because they are liers and scammers. They advertise free returns. Another lie. It cost me 10:00 postage.

I ordered 4 IN STOCK bras with a pre discount total of $80, only one was delivered a week later, a few days later I was notified by Freshpair that my order couldn't be filled even though the bras were still in stock! It took far too many calls and emails to get Freshpair to honor their HOL20 $20 off $80 discount code for the single bra they did ship and remains a mystery to me why Freshpair would not fill the balance of my order even though the bras are in stock! "I ordered two sets of underwear from Freshpair. When I received the package, they were the wrong size. I called their toll-free number and was asked to take some photos to send to them to prove my claim. I was then sent a return postage certificate. I put the two sets back in the same package I received, taped on the return postage sheet, and mailed them back. A week later, I got an email saying that they were refunding me for ONE set, claiming that I had returned only one of the two sets. I called to complain and they said that they would check on it and get back to me within 48 hours. Four days later, I called again, and they said that they would check again and guaranteed an answer within 24 hours. I never heard back from them.
In the meantime, I am out half the money I paid them and have no merchandise. I guess that gives them a great profit margin."
"My order from Freshpair took more than 4 weeks from the date of shipping. This is because the company says it uses the cheapest shipping option and no tracking. They say they use priority US mail. My order was for $100 USD and I paid more than $30 USD for shipping. Other sites like Amazon deliver within 5-7 days. I won't be shopping at Freshpair again "
