"After making my first ever purchase at this merchant online, my credit card got compromised. Someone used my credit card info to buy a $100 brooks brother gift card. Customer service does not seem to care too much. And since they are a member of the BBB, that organization seems to protect their members and limits the complaints. Better Business Bureau protecting their members instead of customers...how ironic. I will not shop here again."

"Great selection, and a really good deal during their post-Thxgiving sale. Prices were already 30-40% lower than Zappos, and then there was the special $40 off any purchase of $200+. So I got like $400 worth of stuff for $160. Super fast shipping too. My one complaint is that they need better sizing information. Even for the same vendor, some smalls are MUCH smaller than other smalls; others are the size of mediums. Make sure you try one pair before opening all the boxes. I'm pretty sure that they don't take back opened boxes but i haven't tried."
