"Ordered on 10/19/2009 and got confirmation email stating I would receive my product within 10 business days. After 10 Business days the product did not come so I called them up. They informed me then that the product was out of stock but is not ready to ship. They never sent email about it being out of stock, they just held onto my money! I then say I want next day air or I want to cancel the order. Customer service agent said yes it will be shipped next day air because we did not inform you of it being out of stock. I then call 5 days later because the product has still not arrived and I found out they shipped it out GROUND, and it was going to wait another 3 days to get it.

Long story short, if you need the product. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! If you can wait almost a month to get a very simply $16 product do yourself a favor and buy it from Amazon."
