Got here today and then I was sus cuz there was only a USB cable and really basic few pages of a manual when it is supposed to include a bunch of software extras. They emailed me a day after my purchase to let me know one of the microphone cables was out of stock, and they offered to upgrade it to the longer version at no cost to me. They did and I received my microphone and two XLR cables the next week. I was impressed with the packaging and promptness of their response. I would recommend. "

Literally they honestly do not care and in effect are demeaning in their attitude because I asked about the shipment of a product I purchased 11 days ago. First, they list things they don't have with wrong dates for "estimated arrival". They're way off. And that's not too bad.
But, what gets me mad is that they charge your credit card when you put in an order on back-ordered products.
NOBODY else does that. Standard procedure is to charge your card when the item ships.
There are way too many better dealers out there to bother with these guys...

"I was looking for an audio interface to use with my XLR microphone. I wanted a Motu M2 but could only find one available at Front End Audio. I had never heard of them before so I was a little put-off at first.
Going through checkout was as simple as I'd expect and after my order was placed I received an email confirmation. The same day, I received a personal email where someone let me know that due to covid-19, the shipment wouldn't go out today (Friday) but it would go out on Monday. Sounds good!
Turns out they weren't telling the truth: they shipped it out on Friday anyway and gave me a tracking number to go along with it. The owner of the company, Shane Selby, sent me another email to me to thank me for the purchase. I received the Motu M2 in perfect condition and another personalized note to thank me for my purchase.
Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience with a small company over the internet.
My only complaint is that the shipment required a signature upon delivery. I think this was a good decision for Front End Audio to make but if you don't think you'll be around to sign for a package from them you may want to specifically ask them to not require a signature when you place your order.

"Slow shipping and poor communication. Placed an order online, credit card was charged immediately but after 4 days, it hadn't shipped. Called to find out why and was told some items were not in stock and they were waiting to get it from their supplier. The approximate wait time was a week and the shipping time was also a week. It was going to be 2 weeks after I placed my order before I had the product. There was no notification they didn't have the items in stock when I placed the order and no email or phone communication afterwards that there was a delay in processing. Considering I can order from Amazon and get it in 2 days (and they don't charge credit cards for items not in stock), I canceled my order with Front End Audio and bought from Amazon. Front End Audio should not be accepting orders and charging credit cards for items they don't have. If they do, at a minimum they need to communicate with the customer so they can either approve the delay or buy somewhere else. I will not be shopping with Front End Audio again."

"Do NOT deal with these guys! They have an F rating with the BBB for failure to respond to complaints plus they are NOT BBB accredited. I bought a CAD M179 mic from them and they were offering a free CAD mic cable and a free CAD pop filter.
Received the mic and the first thing I noticed was that the ID tag for the front of the mic was sitting on top of the foam box. Quite obviously B-stock or a customer return. And to my shock they had switched out the CAD cable with a much cheaper and much lower rated Hot Wires cable. I contacted them and they refused to send the correct cable as listed. They claimed they could switch free items at will. They told me to send everything back at my cost despite the fact they sent the wrong cable and the mic was defective. I told them they would be getting an Attorney General complaint. No reply so I looked up the owner's name on Manta ... Shane Selby ... ***-***-****. According to Linkedin he attended the University of South Carolina - The Moore School of Business for a Masters in Business. According to Linkedin he is the owner of Front End Audio from December 2003 - Present. I called him and he literally got in my face lecturing me that they could switch free items for equal value. I told him that the Hot Wires cable was half the price of the CAD cable and lower rated per customer reviews on on THEIR OWN SITE! He got in my face and lectured me that the cables were the same and the prices were perceived values so they could switch the cables if they wanted to. And the CAD cables WERE IN STOCK according to their website despite them telling me they were out of stock. He said they were sending a return tag and that I could no longer do business with them. They act like they are a major chain .... do not buy from these guys .... their service, product quality and arrogant attitude are sub-par to anything I have seen outside of Guitar Center and its affiliates. Look at their mic reviews on Youtube ... none of the reviews that I saw even tested the mic .... basically just open box reviews. Glad I won't be dealing with these guys again. I finally bought my CAD mic at the highly rated Zen Pro Audio."

"I ordered F L studio 11 online Saturday with priority overnight shipping. Seller called me Monday and told me they would be shipping me version 10 with a free upgrade.
I told them I would have bought it at Guitar Center Saturday if I had known I was just getting version 10 with the upgrade.
I explained that the only reason I purchased from them was because they advertised version 11 and everyone else had version 10 plus and upgrade.
I told them I felt like I had been the victim of false advertising and asked what they could do about it.
They apologized.
I asked them to still ship it overnight but refund my $30 overnight fee and they said they couldn’t do that.
They said no.
I asked them if they could do anything to attempt to keep my business.
They said no.
I asked them if there was any reason that I should not simply cancel my order and go buy version 10 at my local Guitar center.
They apologized.
I am highly disappointed.
I will not use this seller again.
