"This is by far the worst company I have dealt with. Had ordered the item on Oct. 29 on the website it says in stock 1-2 business days, Called in to confirm order and found out this product no longer was available then the Rep. Micheal changed the order and said an ETA of Nov.6, Called back on Nov.6 and this same rep. tells me oh well your order was messed up by the manager and so my product is on back order and ETA isn't definite now. I'm thinking what kind of business are they doing here, keep getting the run around so then I tell them I'll give it a few more days. Called back on Nov. 8 still no luck with these guys. Horrible customer experience here and I will never do business with these guys again, I lost a customer of my own because of there bad customer service. I cancelled the order and the rep. didn't even seem to care that I had cancelled. BUY FROM NCIX.COM they are the best service and promised dates of delivery...these guys are also located in Vancouver, BC."

"In my opinion, I encountered dismal customer service from this company, and an unwillingness to accept responsibility for or to correct their mistakes. Their policy seems to be to put themselves first and the customer second. I also found their communication to the customer to be poor. The overall result of my transaction was that I did not get the part I ordered on time, causing me to miss a deadline and upset my customer. This cost me money and possibly future business. I have had much better results with other on-line Canadian retailers in the Vancouver area; I suggest you choose one of them instead of FrontierPC."

"I ordered a Seasonic Super Tornado 400 from Frontier PC on Nov. 17. Stock was shown as "Available" and "Shipping as soon as possible". The next day I received an email saying my order was in process and I would be supplied a tracking number when it shipped.

4 days later I called and asked if it had shipped yet, and was told the PSUs were enroute from the US, would be received Friday and sent to me Monday. Next Tuesday (Nov 25) I called and was told they had not arrived yet and were in transit. Thursday (Nov 27) I called again and was told they had no idea when they would be in.

Finally, Tuesday Dec 2 I called and was told they arrived Monday and my PSU was shipped to me that day. At that time they gave me a tracking number with UPS. Next Day air was just as cheap as ground, so I had selected that shipping method at the start. I was disappointed not to receive it Tuesday, but it arrived Wed morning. Appearently they missed they cut-off time on Monday.

Pros:
-They did not charge my credit card until it shipped.
-They always answered the phone quite quickly.
-Next-Day-Air was cheap as ground.

Cons:
-Stock listings on the web site are misleading at best.
-Didn't seem to have any idea when stock was coming in.

On the whole I feel satisfied and will probably order from the again, but I will make sure to phone in my order to make sure they have it in stock instead of trusting the ambiguous "Available" that was listed on their site.
