"I ordered a usb 3.0 internal 20 pin low profile connector. The cable must somehow be defective because my usb devices keep disconnecting and when they work they work at a very low transfer speed. I plugged it to the back of the motherboard and my usb 3.0 flash drive is very fast. I feel cheated of my money you guys at frozen CPU either wired the cable all wrong or this is not usb 3.0 cable. You guys lost a good future customer. I guess I'll stay with amazon

"I think you need to figure out a better affordable shipping alternative for shipping smaller items to the west coast (NOT GROUND). My item took 7 business days (11 days from the order day) to get here and cost $18 for the privilege. If I sold something on ebay and charged that much for shipping and then it took that long my seller rating would be crap. This is the problem with direct from the vendor, no real third party ratings incentive to do better.

For example my package would have fit in a medium flat rate three day box from the USPS which I checked would have cost you $12 and probably would have got here last Saturday even with the Holiday. As it was my package arrived after 2pm on this Friday after I left for a planned trip thus delaying construction of an expensive computer for a $90 case to over half half a month from the order date. I pray when I get back the case and fan work!"
