"Package looked like it had been through World War 3. While I realize much of the blame can be put on the carrier, the box the package was shipped in was thin and flimsy. Too flimsy. So much so that the actual box containing the item (the box inside the box) was also damaged. Thankfully the item itself was unharmed, but it doesn't exactly inspire confidence for future business.
In short: use thicker cardboard boxes!
