"The product ordered was delivered quickly (three days USPS), but unfortunately the part that I ordered was not exactly the part I needed (somebody on my end didn't measure correctly). The restocking fee makes it impractical and not cost effective to return the item for refund."

"An company does not accept negative review, and tries to resolve the review by writing unprofessional email to their customers. FrozenCPU wrote me an email and the first sentence was: "Do you want to get this resolved or do you want to keep playing games" --- Again, It was very unprofessional and unfair and I could not believe it came from a customers service department.
-Purchased XSPC Raystorm RX480 V3 Extreme Universal CPU Water Cooling Kit w/ D5 Photon for my new i7-4930K system from FrozenCPU.com I understand even high quality products will have low chances of defects --- just a bad luck, and I do not just give low rating when I got a defect unit. But I do, if it follows by a poor customer service. Not going to go though the detail of missing item in my package since it is much smaller issue. But the brand new CPU water block that came with the XSPC water cooling kit is leaking! Tried to contact FrozenCPU.com after clean up the leaking mess, and still not getting valuable solution when I am writing this review (it is the 6th day since I tried to contact them). Since I cannot wait forever, I might have to consider different cooling solutions for now. And it is stated in FrozenCPU.com return policy that I would have to be sole responsible for the return shipping cost + 20% restocking fee, even for defected unit. Should have read the policy instead of assuming a standard return policy for defected products. Buyers, be aware. Facts: 1-- June 2nd, order was placed 2-- June 10th, package was delivered 3-- June 14th, contact FrozenCPU for the leaking issue during 24-hour leaking test suggested by XSPC 4-- June 16th, FrozenCPU replied suggested I might used wrong fitting after I sent them the picture showing the hole that leaked. In an hour, I confirmed on that I used the correct fitting as provided in the cooling kit I purchased; ask them if there is any way to speed up the process. No more reply from FrozenCPU on that day. 5-- June 17th, FrozenCPU told me they will test and replace the leaking block the same day they receive the item. In 0.5 hr, I asked if I can follow the their refund policy and purchase the identical item again. No more reply from FrozenCPU on that day. 6-- June 18th, FrozenCPU emailed me and did not authorize me to purchase the identical item before sending them the leaking unit, and asked me to provide another photo of the leaking block. I sent them photo on the same day. 7-- June 19th, they emailed me and complained if I had sent the leaking block, the replacement would be on its way (which is not true, it took 8 days for them to relieved the order, one way). FrozenCPU did not mention anything after receiving my photo. I request to follow their quicker refund policy from http://www.frozencpu.com/help/h11/Returns_and_Exchanges.html. Still waiting for response. I will keep this post updated as it goes
