"Ordered a chicken coop 3/25/15; my confirmation did not have expected delivery date. I have emailed company 2x and receive an automated response that they will respond within 24 hours. No one has responded with the information I have asked for. I don't know when the coop will be delivered; the only thing I know is it hasn't been shipped yet, as my online order shows "awaiting fulfillment". Prices are good, but customer service is terrible. I wouldn't have ordered the coop if I didn't need it; yet I have no idea when they are going to bother to ship it!"

"Prices are cheap. Products are not the best quality but, then again, if you're looking for quality products, you're not going to be looking on Frugah in the first place. Customer service is horrible. They don't seem to care about taking care of the customer and helping to resolve problems that come up with orders. The savings are not worth the time lost with the poor customer service."
