Fry's is a freaking tech company peddling tech through a clunky, amateurish website. It reflects poorly on your image as a tech business and retailer of technology.
Personally, I only used it because your store is in my state, though on the other side of the city.
I am disabled and unable to go out often so I order a lot of my needs online.
I have about 7-15 packages arrive by mail each week and don't often have issues checking out on a website's e-commerce site.
I just felt as though Fry's, forgot to set any money aside for their website.
We're moving into the future here but I felt as though Fry's e-commerce site was built and maintained by underpaid children, who took the jobs of more experience folks who, while paid more would produce the a 10-fold more professional site.
FRYS EENT CHEAP! So Fry's could save a buck. It felt cheap and I am probably never going to buy online from Fry's again. I know I am not the only one with this opinion of Frys check out either.
My friends and I all joke about it and I wasn't the one who started joking about it first.
Spend some money and upgrade that site... Tell the boss to stop being so chincy and PAY UP!
Just my opinion, however, having retired from a career in e-commerce and website design - literally since the orange and green screen era, I know what I am talking about.
Spend some money and stop taking advantage of the kids who work there to do what professionals ought to be doing.
I know that fries has had money problems for years but what company hasn't.
That's not an excuse for overpaid owners or upper management.

"I have been buying from Frys for a long time back when it was outpost.com. I love the deals and I buy from Frys often. I get frustrated when some sale items are not available for delivery. I had to have a good friend in San Diego buy a NAS on sale and then mail it to me. I live in DC area, so there is no local Frys in my area. I wish there was. I had to drop a star due to the many good sale items I cannot buy. However, I love Frys and they have great bargains just about every day of the week."
