"I ordered a ASUS Lyra trio which are three mesh devices. The price was $184 $60 less than other online stores.
The trio was obviously return because it did not include warranty card or cat6 cable. But I can't really complain because the price was so good. "

"I tried to buy an item twice and after jumping through all of the hoops and submitting payment for my orders, i received a cancellation notice, twice. If you don't have it, don't sell it!!!"
"Fry's advertises a 7 inch Samsung tablet which I attempted to buy. Placed the order, then the Austin TX store called me to tell me they didn't have it on hand. Austin was chosen by Fry's website as the closest store to Houston TX where the tablet was to be shipped. Subsequently, I found out that basically no stores had it - not just the Houston and Austin stores - so they were advertising an item which was not available. I wasted a couple of hours on this wild goose chase."

"I placed my order and received the confirmation email. Within a few hours I received an email stating that the item was no longer available and my order had been canceled. I called the customer service number and was put on hold multiple times. I asked to speak to a manager and and was transferred to a voicemail. I called back to find out if there was something that they could do to make things right. They took down my number but never called me back. Terrible customer service experience and huge letdown to not even know why I would not be getting my order. "
"Tried to order several items that showed to be available from multiple locations...Turns out your system has NO IDEA what you actually have available. Even after receiving confirmation of shipping, we later got a phone call informing us that the order was cancelled because none of the items were actually in stock. I went back online to check and to my surprise...ALL of the items I had ordered...which were all apparently out of stock and unavailable...were still shown as available to be ordered. I didn't even bother to try again. At least with Amazon, they actually fill the orders you place rather than tell you they have something that they don't."
