"I think the guys are out of buisness. There phone line is no longer in service, i have tried emailing them for all i know i could be just talking to a brick wall. If thats the case they should update there website! I placed an order on march 15 around 10pm edt which is on a thursday, its now been 5 buisness days and i still have not recieved an email even confirming that my payment was accepted just that it was "placed" which means my item has not even been shipped, i will be canceling my order with paypal and never purchase from there buisness again. This is important to me because i have made dead lines and need the part i ordered from them."
"Must be out of business. I placed two orders a week ago and other than the email telling me I placed the order I have not gotten any shipment notifications. I have emailed them twice and gotten no response twice. I have tried calling them and got the message "This voice mail box is no longer in service".
The charges still went through on my credit card though, so I'll need to contact paypal about that."
"Being a small company these guys try their best but my experience with them has been quite unfortunate. I have made orders with them twice and won't be making the same mistake a third time. The first time I had specifically asked for white acrylic fan grills and was told that could happen. However when the order came I had gotten black ones. They did not even inform me of the change. Later I see four white fan grills being resold by them as "B Stock" and they had burn marks from the laser cutting machine. I can only assume that those were mean't for me. Since they messed up the first order they should have just chalked it up and remade them or atleast given me the option to cancel. When asked for a refund I had to push them for any action to occur. My second order was for their Black Friday sale of sleeving. They had run out of stock which was totally understandable because of their great deals but when they recieved new stock a few days later they still have yet to ship. I sent emails and PMs but they either have been ignored or neglected. Its been weeks since and still nothing has happened. It was not until later that they informed the public that they will be moving their base of operations. What the hell? Their customer service is god awful. Sure, they are only two people with their own seperate lives but if you're starting a company and then it is your responsibility to provide respectable service. As of yet I would not recommend FTW PC until they get their act together."
"Purchase multiple feet of sleeve as well as heat shrink tubing.
I've purchased sleeve from a few of the *Big name* computer mod shops, most of it was lower quality nor vibrant. Most often I resolved buying my stuff from overseas. The quality and price of the FTW sleeve is great! The orange is vibrant, the electric blue is truly electric. The best part of the deal was their pricing. So many shops are selling shoddy parts at 5x the cost. I was so happy that once my first order arrived, I immediately processed a second.

"The guys at FTW PC are definitely nice folks. Their product is certainly not the best, but it will get the job done in a pinch. In hindsight, wish I had waited 1-2 weeks for the stuff to ship from across the pond instead of being impatient and ordering through them on an impulse buy.
Sleeving is better than anything found in the states, heatshrink was 3:1 instead of 4:1 (starts smaller, shrinks to correct size though, a pain to get over their sleeve without stretching). Their pin removers worked well, but their crimping tool is an absolute nightmare. It is the overlapping type instead of the neat perfect 'm' style crimp you get with a good quality pair. Also, even after adjusting the tool, if you attempt to fully close the tool on your pin, it crushed the stoppers so that the pin would go completely through the other side. Not good stuff. Would not recommend.
As far as orders go, they were very quick and responsive, and took care of everything very quickly. My order was shipped through USPS which is horribly slow, however, so I was dissatisfied with the shipping time.
Other than not being 'the best' product, they have good stuff to use in a pinch.

I was not commenting on your shipping abilities, but the slow shipping of the USPS when compared to FedEx, UPS, etc.
You are correct - the other tool I'm comparing it to is nearly double the price, I just wanted to express my thoughts on the tool you currently offer. I would happily pay 2x the price for the same high quality tool from your shop - the convenience of not having to wait 1-2 weeks from shipments out of the country, as well as your great customer service is worth it.
