"I am experiencing the same issue as user ef8x! I placed an order 8 days ago and have heard nothing from the company! E-mails, phone calls, they all go unanswered! Is this company even in business anymore?? I am giving them 2 more days then I am calling my credit card company to cancel the order."

"I ordered some tea products from their website. The funds where pulled from my bank on Nov 2 ,2007! Now it's January 23, 2008. I received no email or anything from this company. Not even an invoice. I've left several messages, and several emails. And still no response. Don't ever do business with them!"
