"Ordered a few hundred dollars worth of furniture BACK IN NOVEMBER OF 2013...It's ALMOST AUGUST 2014, and we still have not received anything. Emails and voice messages have been sent to customer service, but nothing has happened. These people are crooks/thieves - plain and simple. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!"

"This company is a joke. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered an office chair for a client and it didn't work out. I can't get ANY communication from them to get it returned. I ordered in April and it's June...I've sent many emails and left voicemails (they don't answer the phone).

"We ordered a White Board for a job we were doing. They waited until the following Tuesday to tell us there was an error with the shipping and it would cost $50 more. I cancelled the order and went to staples.com instead They have better customer service."

"DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.. EVER!.. There is no overstating this plea to any one considering a purchase from this horrible company. My order was placed on 09/26/2013 and paid for by credit card. After more than three weeks the product failed to arrive. The ONLY way to communicate was via email. "Scott" took three days to find out what happened. After almost one month the product still hadn't shipped and he didn't offer any solutions other than to now ship the product or refund my credit card. When I suggested he send it express or overnight he simply stated he couldn't. This company clearly has issues.

If there is ONE thing in LIFE you make sure to pass on it is to stay away from this company at all costs. In the end, so not worth the hassle for what ultimately you never receive anyways.

"Complete hassle to work with this company. Ordered a product, noticed it didn't arrive after 2 weeks. Contacted them, then they tell me it's back-ordered. I expect to be told this at the start, not to have to figure this out myself. They are not reachable on the phone (at least, they have not been the few times I have tried, inside regular business hours). They take over 24 hours to respond to email. I have canceled my order due to shear frustration."

"I ordered a dehydrator from them for a listed price. They later contacted me saying that the price was incorrect and tried to charge me approximately $20 more while saying that they were actually discounting the product.

Don't waste your time with this company.

"Please do not order from this company! They took over 3 weeks to ship the product (mind you it was not back ordered and I was told it would ship in 3-7 business days). When I received it, it was broken beyond belief. They blamed it on the shipper, but after reviewing the BBB website this seems to happen a lot. Only after threatening to report them to the BBB did they offer to refund the product (which is not standard protocol), however they have not refunded in the timeline they promised. Bottom line, awful product, awful service."

"I purchased a coffee table, about $300. After a month they told me they needed another $240.00 for shipping. The table is still on their website for $44.95 shipping. $240 is absurd. I asked for a refund. They tell me they have refunded my card. They have not. "
