"I ordered a GSS 8003 Bomber jacket that arrived without the hood, and I really needed the hood for a cold snow day training. While Full Source could not get a replacement to me on time (due to how they ship), they are sending me a new jacket confirmed with hood l, trusting me to send the original back, no charge. They also added some compensation. The experience was good. I have not received the replacement yet, but its on the way with tracking. I do appreciate the very kind and helpful staff. I will say the sizes on the hi-vis jacket and vest I bought run a little small. So if you wear a Large on the high side, get XL and you'll be okay."
