"Where do I start?

- You cannot order embroidery and screen printing on the same order...you find that out afterwords and this causes delays.
- Communication is horrendous. Proactive is not in the vocabulary apparently. 19 emails...half my order never made it and I finally canceled it today.
- Backorders to them for supplies do not get communicated and can hold up your entire order. You won't get notified...just keep waiting.
- When you ask to speak to anyone in the senior leadership team or the owner - you get the Heisman (arm block).
- When they finally are ready to ship your order (supposedly) and their payment authorization expires (I did not know) - CALL AND EMAIL THE CUSTOMER TO RESOLVE. Seriously, how hard is this??? Another, indefinite delay while they "reallocate" your supplies to others.

I cannot in god faith recommend that you order from these folks. They have serious work to do in terms of their customer service and order process communication/resolution. Hope they get it together for others soon...but I am moving on."
