"Their website said they ship orders in 3 to 5 days. Typically a confirmation email is sent out quickly about the orders. When I still hadn't gotten any kind of confirmation in several days, I called them because when I went to their website it said they have no purchases from me, and yet my money was long gone from my account.
The lady I spoke with made it sound as if she found my order and that it was going to be shipped very soon, perhaps immediately. So I was patient and waited. It was a full 10 days before I even got a confirmation. Then a couple more days until a shipping notification. So it wound up being 2 weeks until I received the order.
I would not have minded waiting. She should have spoke truth to me and...I get it but at least I know what is up. But the realization that she outright lied to me and that their website give inaccurate infor...it left a bad taste in my mouth for them and I probably will not order from them again. The product is fine, the price was fine. But they're liars and that's no good. "
