"We wanted to share our experience with Full Source. We ordered 2 dozen aprons with them, they arrived promptly to our partner who does our embroidery and by mistake our partner counted 24 aprons. Two weeks after the order was delivered to our partner who was going to embroider the aprons for our client, was when he realized there were 12 pieces missing. After speaking to a supervisor and rep. at Full Source, we were told they would look into it and contact their manufacture to see what occurred, one week later never heard back. NOTE: Full Source does not ship out the orders themselves. Our partner throughout this week had been in touch with another rep at Full Source who apologized to him and admitted that only half the order was completed, this conversation took place on a Monday. Rep told him they would get the other 12 shipped out ASAP, replacements were not shipped out until 4 days later and they did not provide us a tracking number after we requested it multiple times.Supervisor told us it was OUR mistake for not noticing sooner that items were missing. Long story short after 8 phone calls and speaking to multiple representatives we were promised a refund and and email confirmation. Customer service was absolutely terrible, YOU NEVER blame a customer for an error that began at your manufactures level. Mistakes happen, we get it, but what is unacceptable is too have us going back in forth with contradicting information and making it impossible for us to fulfill the order for a brand new client."
