They asked me to take a picture of the holes and e-mail it to them. I did - and they wrote back right away and said they would be sending a replacement immediately! That was great! On top of that, I was told I could keep the damaged shirt, so I donated it to a local clothing drive for local people who just lost everything in a fire (it had holes, but it might help keep someone warm in the winter).
