"The hold time trying to reach a representative was rather long but when I got through they were very nice. I ordered a football jersey and was told there were plenty in stock in the warehouse down the street. When I called back to check on my order a week later they said that it was coming from their warehouse in New Jersey. Rather than shipping it from New Jersey to where I live in Tennessee they sent it to Jacksonville then Jacksonville sent it to me in Tennessee which took entirely too long. Other than that everything was good ."
