"I placed my order on 18 Oct, and its now 26 Oct and my order still says awaiting shipment. I sent an e-mail requesting when my order would be sent but have not recieved a response. I understand if something gets delayed but a notice from the company would be nice."

"Made an order on 8/7/11 and never received it. Was told on two different occasions that my tracking information would be updated and was even told that the package was being FedEx out right away. Guess what they stopped responding and still not package. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I will be calling the credit card company to get the charges taken off."

"Placed order Aug 5th they stated would ship within 24 hours. Received email confirmation of order. I have already received the credit card bill. But no product. I called Full Source customer service but nobody ever picked up, emailed them so many times but did not get any response.I have no tracking and they charged my card the day I placed the order. I have been waiting for any communication. Reached a live person on phone aug 22 said Samsung sent them wrong product they would ship order to me Fedex. Received product 8-24. "
