"I've had a couple problems with my Playstation 4 that I bought from them a year ago and their tech support was extremely helpful whenever I contacted them and they offered solutions to my problems over the phone. "
"I purchased a 3 year gold warranty through fully loaded electronics and now they refuse to honor their warranty. The product was defective one month after coming out of the box. They couldn't fix it and informed me to ship it to Nintendo. Now that its starting to glitch AGAIN, they are using any means necessary not to honor warranty. Tactic 1: fix it yourself. Tactic 2: Its NIntendos fault, and last but not least Tactic 3: You voided your warranty when you let Nintendo fix it. HELLO, you ADVISED me to let Nintendo fix it, as a matter of fact you left me with that option and that option only. Sham warranty, and im sure if you read good reviews in the months and years to come you will hear bad things about this company. Poor customer service, lack of knowledge with their "technicians" a.k.a. people that tell you to go to Nintendo when you have a problem, and a severe problem with their warranty policies."
"I purchased a PS Vita bundle for my son for Christmas. At first it was great, he was really having fun. About a week or so after he had been using it, he was sitting next to me and the screen just went blank. We tried powering it off and charging it, but still it didn't show anything on the screen. I contacted Custer service since there is a 3 yr warranty and after giving them all of the information repeatedly over the course of 2 weeks, they advised me to ship it back. I paid to have 2 day shipping on it and it took them about 3 weeks to receive it since they advised me that there was an error receiving it at the post office on their end.. Another 2 weeks go by and my son still has no Vita, and they have not advised me what was going on. Finally I received an email from them stating that it was not covered under warranty and they would be shipping the device back to me. I called customer service and asked for a supervisor. I spoke with one who stated that he wasn't completely sure what was wrong with it or how to fix it but knew it was not covered in the warranty. The warranty says that if something breaks in the vita that is not covered to fix it they would call you and see if you would like to pay the charges to fix it. I told this to the supervisor and he said he didn't know and that he could not do anything for me. I asked to speak with someone higher up who could help me with doing something and he refused and told me he had to go and hung up. I have never seen such a lack of concern from a customer service rep and I work in customer service. This company clearly does not stand behind their products and I urge everyone to buy their gaming consoles at your local stores. This company is clearly not looking to either fix the device or even refund me my $250.00... They offered no assistance at all. Do not buy from them... They are less expensive for some items but it's not worth it if they don't honor the warranty or try and help... They just want to take your money! I am very disappointed. And so is my son, I don't have the money to just go out and get him a new vita, it's not right. "
"I bought a playstation 3 from them and was really happy with my purchase. You get a ton of games and stuff. Value wise, it was an unreal deal, but I don't have a credit card and wanted to pay by check, but they don't have an option to pay by check. That seems stupid to me. My mom had to buy the ps3 for me. Other than that, good service, amazing product, thumbs up."
