"Dealing with the Federal Way store was very positive. I got the exact components I wanted to configure my new computer at very competative prices. They went beyond what they promised in building the system. Delivery was as promised. However, since then 2 of the 3 stores closed, the remaining store was bought out and is now closing to move to another location."
"I have been a steady customer for a few years but seems something has changed. Tech dept is understaffed (I mean more than usual) and it seems like the staff just doesn't care about anything.
I waited 20 minutes while they tried to find a price on a Plextor 708A DVDRW drive... I fnally left and went down the street to Best Buy.
Don't know if management changed or what but the last few purchases and tech dept visits have been bad... not just poor but plain old bad.
Perhaps things will change and they will again get their act together."
" Well I have gone into all three of their local stores and never had a problem. On a whim I decided to try and order a harddrive from them online instead of driving to one of the stores. Without really thinking about it I placed my order only then did I realize, they don't actually tell you who to call if you have a question on an internet order. I tried calling both stores but was put on hold both times & since I was at work did not have time to wait & wait.
I placed my order on Saturday evening. I received my order confirmation the next day with my order ID #. When I go to their web site for order tracking, it comes up with an error. Now I have tried the site from three different computers and still the same error, it won't load or I see a blank screen after inputting my order id. The two times it did load it told me my order ID # was invalid. I checked the email they sent me three times and have the number correct, but still said it was invalid. I know it is only Tuesday, but I think I should have more info then I have now. I did pay $10 for shipping after all, you would think they would try and make this a little easier for their customers. So far I am unhappy with my experience, with no one to blame except myself for being lazy and not wanting to drive to the store.
