"They are a pretty decent site. They take 2 business days to process but at least they respond to emails promptly. I received the shipping confirmation around 2pm and it was pretty smooth.

I won't be shopping with them again though, due to the ridiculously slow processing. But their CS is great and easy to deal with. I would recommend shopping with them at least once.

Edit: I received the item on 9/19 and it was beautifully and carefully wrapped. The item came in excellent condition with no flaws whatsoever. I still won't be shopping with them but they deserve some extra points for properly wrapping the item. Maybe unless they get some really sweet deals I might come back."
