I am having to seek legal advice to try and get my money back from these jokers.

The most frustrating company. Took over a month to ship my item, and when I requested to return/refund, they ignored my 5 voice mails (NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONE) and emails over the course of 2 weeks. I had to contact the shipping company to get in touch with them and then they said I have to pay half the amount of product £30 in order to return and refund it! They then did not respond to my following emails...DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR SUPPORT THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRUSTRATING."
"This company took my money immediately after I placed an order for a product that
was in stock on the website on 21st September.
The company informed me by email that they would not have the product for two weeks.
They then told me when they got the product it would take up
to 2 weeks to deliver.
I cancelled my order as this was not suitable for me I needed the item
before this date.
On the 21st September I emailed them to cancel the order and I received a
confirmation back.
On the 28th September I chased up my refund.
They emailed me back with the 30 days distance selling act information
I waited another week and then emailed them advising that I had looked at
the distance selling act and while it gives a company up to 30 days it
does state they should try to get refunds to customers as soon as possible. I
asked for the date and time my refund was processed.
I received an email back stating they would contact their accounts
department.
4 days later I still had not heard anything.
I sent an email again on the 15th October asking for this information
again.
2 days later and I still had no reply.
I sent another email and was sent one back saying they know how frustrating this was for me but I would get my refund when the 30 day period ended. They still did not answer my questions. It is now 31 days since I cancelled and I have not had a refund and nor have I had any answer to me questions."
"I have had such a bad experience dealing with this company that I feel compelled to write this review as a warning to other potential customers.
I placed an order for three sets of bedroom drawers in August. One month later having heard nothing I emailed the sales department and was duly advised there had been a "mix up" with my order. Two more weeks passed and again I had to contact sales - this time was told "the items were damaged and therefore delivery postponed". I wondered why I had to chase them up every time instead of being kept informed.
Delivery was promised week commencing 8th October. It got to Friday of that week and again I`d heard nothing. after I emailed once again I got a reply saying the couriers had promised delivery but had let them down. Finally I had run out of patience and asked for a refund, this request was granted on 12th October. It got to 18th October and I again had to email to protest about not yet receiving any refund."
