"My wife and ordered this filing cabinet and followed the instructions faithfully until the partially finished cabinet collapsed! We started again and had to glue all of the many dowels to get the cabinet to be more sturdy and stay together. We had trouble attaching the cheap, mostly plastic, doors. The hinges were difficult to attach. The doors do not have a latch of any kind so they don't stay completely shut. This over-priced product is not worth the time, effort, or aggravation to assemble!"
"I'm so thrilled with these guys! I've furnished my entire home with products from Furniture 2 Go and I'm so happy with it. I moved in in February with absolutely no furniture and I've just finished the final touches to my furnishings. The items are all beautiful and so well priced. They look much more expensive than they were and I'm getting loads of compliments from my house guests when I have people over.

"Liers, cheaters, scammers - you name it. Beware of anything that looks nice in the pictures, because after it's assembled at your home they take no responsibility, no returns, no refunds and no service. I ordered a bedroom and after 2 delivery guys tried to assembled it so it'll look like in the pretty picture on the website, the Customer Service told me and the delivery guy that we should look into the little letter where the measurements are, and behind the nice lamp that covers the defects and make something looks like it's not. The delivery guy was as amazed at me to hear them explaining the picture is worked up and looks like something it ain't, and couldn't believe he needed to leave me with a bedroom that looks nothing like it's supposed to be.
They wouldn't take anything back (because it's assembled - by their guys!!), they wouldn't replace, and all in all - the worst service and furnitures I've ever ran into.
BEWARE AND DON'T BUY THERE! DON'T BELIEVE THE PICTURES! "

"My new sectional F7133 was delivered, into my place for free, on time and I received the cash discount as promised - Ebay had it listed for 10% less (with free delivery as well) - so I tried to get them to match the price - they called back and said they can't match Ebay. Since Ebay reseller was just a drop off the box vs F2GO's in home delivery I chose them and was very happy to not lug the huge boxes up stairs. They opened the boxes in home to let me check the order: condition (perfect), color, etc and explained the no hassle return policy.
Now I am writing this review on my new sectional - it looks great and is so comfortable.

"We had bought two items from them before and we liked it until we ordered one of their popular dining set called "Cardiff Espresso Dinning Table + 4 Chairs". After putting them together I realized that we had a problem.
The chairs were weak, and the top cushion, which is held to the chair with three screws keeps on coming off. It was held with two screws at the back and one in the front, all screwed in diagonally.
Six months later, my wife was sitting on one of the chairs and the front left leg caved in - it is broken. I called them and they said we only have 45 days warranty.
My advise for you is to stay away from their dinning sets and chairs, and spend your money or $315.00 on something better. We are currently shopping for set of four chairs to match the table for replacement."
"They sold us a defective couch. It was junk. They sent an inspector to our home who verified that the merchandise was defective. After weeks of e-mailing and telephone calls, I was finally given an ultimatum from the owner. He said take it or leave it, they would send another inspector who would decide on the spot what parts of the couch would be replaced and would absolutely not honor their "hassle free refund" He said if they gave refunds on defective furniture, they would be out of business. After disputing the charges through MasterCard and waiting two months for a decision, I was informed this morning by my MasterCard issuer that they were giving me my money back and taking the money away from Furniture2Go. Beware of this company. They have low prices and free delivery but they act like bullies and are not very honest. They are the most reprehensible merchant I have ever purchased from via the internet in over 13 years of shopping via the web. They try to get you to pay the delivery people cash. If you pay by credit card you have a chance to obtain a refund if the goods are defective. They are a nasty bunch of characters and deserve to be exposed as a dangerous company to do business with."

"I ordered a coffee table set and a dining room table from their online store. I received a call the next day from the Las Vegas representative to schedule a delivery day and time. We scheduled the delivery for March 18 between 2pm and 6pm. They never showed up. Never called. Nothing. I tried calling their local office here in Vegas, but just got the general voicemail. I left work early so that I could be here for the delivery. Not good."
