Jeff was particularly rude and condescending. Overall terrible experience. Will look elsewhere to purchase furniture in the future. "
"We bought a couch from them during a discount season. They waited a week to tell us they can't fulfill the order so they have canceled it. Now, sales on furniture have mostly ended and we are left in the lurch. Customer Service basically said 'Sorry, we can't and won't do anything about it.'

"Ordered a table with this website in late October. After waiting for over 3 weeks I was told by Mark that I cannot get the table if I don’t want the chairs!!! I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would get a call back but didn’t! Called again and spoke with Jeff who was very sarcastic and rude! The overall experience was awful...it was as if I’m being ridiculous to be upset about how misleading they were! I waited on this company for three weeks and just before thanksgiving they couldn’t deliver on their end! As a matter of fact, Jeff was suggesting I do a different table !!! I think they take people for fools! Their policies need to be reviewed and they need to be professional! They wasted my time! I would never recommend this place to anyone! "

"I was recently in search of a new sectional for our home and had gone to all of the local furniture stores. I found the one I wanted at a store but they said they would have to order it for me. I got the name and model number and decided I would research it before I purchased it in the store. I found the same sectional listed on Furniturecart for $400 cheaper than at my local furniture store. I decided to order it and was even more pleased when I found out the shipping was free. I received a confirmation e-mail and it arrived in about 3 weeks from order date. Of course I had to put it together but I can live with that considering how much money I saved.

"Agree to stay away. The ordering process seems easy, but working with their customer service is a very un-customer-friendly experience. I called to ask a question - got one answer. It didn't seem right so I called back and got another answer that suggested the first person I spoke to was not being truthful. I pointed out the contradiction and was asked to send an email so a manager could address. My question never got addressed, and I began receiving harassing calls and emails to get my furniture delivered. I asked repeatedly just to have my question answered and the contraction addressed, but the "manager" Michael would never answer the question. Michael simply pointed out that I just needed to take my furniture, even though there was an outstanding issue, and I provided a detailed account to show that the customer experience agents I spoke with were simply not honest.
Wayfair is only a few dollars more. Better reputation and much easier to deal with. Go with them."

Told today the item is not and has not been in stock and I would need to wait another 3 weeks for "estimated" delivery. Their website doesn't reflect how many items are out of stock. So, at furniturecart.com you pay today...and receive your item eventually, maybe, if you're lucky."

First of all, it was so easy to navigate thru site to look for things I needed. I also contacted their Customer Service with few questions about a particular set I liked; and after I got all answers I even was able to place order while talking to customer service representative. Delivery was pretty quick and the set was delivered on-time and in perfect condition. I heard stories when people was getting broken pieces while ordering from other companies.
