"I bought my furniture on Black Friday. A very friendly person greeted me at the door and quickly found a salesman to help me. I already knew what bedroom set I wanted so it didn't take very long for the order to be written up. After a short wait, my order was processed and delivery was set up. I was called the day before the delivery date to set up a time. The furniture arrived during the time agreed upon and the delivery men were very professional and careful. The bedroom set was placed where I had requested. Overall this was a very pleasant furniture buying experience."

"So far so good. Had a problem with power recline function on new couch during set up. Delivery guys thought they had fixed, but after they left and I sat down on couch to recline, the function did not operate properly. I immediately contacted Furniture Deals and after looking into the problem, they immediately said they would order a replacement couch . . . to be delivered in 7-10 days. I hope this new one does not have problems. I was impressed that they said they would replace verses trying to fix what was not right to begin with."
