"The worst customer service ever! Do not order from this place!! This store is probely ran by one person meaning everything is dropped shipped. That has to be the case because There is no reason why a big store would not reply back to their clients after many many try's of trying to get in contact with these people nothing. No chair,no refund seriously? I will be calling my bank ASAP to get my money back. "

"Ummm, they suck. I ordered a futon over a month ago and nothing. When I call - they want me to leave a message and NEVER CALL BACK. I have left over 50 voice mails, 50 emails and no response. Where is my futon or where is my money? This is ridiculous!!!"

"I ordered a Sofa couch last February 9, 2011. The transaction was smooth and the delivery was quicker than I thought but when the item arrived, everything was perfect except for the ottoman which was labeled black on the box but was in color brown when i opened it. I called customer service and they said that they would replace the item with the wrong color but they need to contact their supplier first. they did. The item was replaced after a few days. Now, That's what I call good customer service!"
